MATERIALS & BRANDING

Define the feel.
Make the finish yours.

Discuss fabric weight, composition, colour and handle alongside the silhouette. Jersey, fleece, French terry, twill, ripstop and shell fabrics appear in our design concepts; final materials depend on the agreed specification and availability.

Explore printing, embroidery, labels, trims and packaging for your brand. Distressing and rhinestone decoration can also be discussed. Suitability, cost and finish need to be reviewed against the chosen garment and sample.

FROM IDEA TO DISPATCH

01

Share the brief

Send your garment type, references, fit, artwork, estimated quantity and destination. Include your target date and budget if you have them.

02

Agree the specification

Review materials, measurements, construction and branding. Confirm sampling costs and what the quotation includes.

03

Develop & approve the sample

Check the physical garment’s fit, fabric, artwork placement and finish. Agree revisions before approving the production reference.

04

Produce, check & dispatch

Production follows the approved specification. Garments are checked against the brief before the agreed packing and shipping arrangements.

BEFORE YOU ENQUIRE

Questions worth asking.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum quantities are confirmed for each project. Include the number of units per design and colour in your enquiry so the team can assess your request.

How much do samples and production cost?

Request a quote for your specification. Ask for sample costs, decoration, labels, packaging and shipping to be identified so you can compare the complete scope.

Do I need a finished tech pack?

You can start with reference images or an initial idea. Share what is already decided and what still needs development. A clear measurement and construction specification is needed before production approval.

How long will the order take?

Sampling, revisions, material availability, production and shipping all affect the schedule. Share your target date and destination; confirm the agreed milestones with the team before ordering.

Can I use my own artwork and branding?

Yes—share the artwork, placement and preferred decoration method in your brief. The final technique and finish are reviewed with the garment materials during sample development.
