Make the sample measurable.
A clear measurement sheet makes sample feedback easier to act on. Show the measuring points in centimetres, the intended silhouette and the tolerances you want to discuss. Separate corrections to fit from changes to decoration so the next sample has one unambiguous revision list.

Germany FAQs.
What should a German brand include in a tech pack?
Include flat drawings, measurement points, the base size, fabric composition and weight, colour references, construction notes and artwork placement. Give the file a version number so sample revisions refer to the same brief.
How do I provide German label text?
Supply the final text as selectable copy together with the artwork file, label dimensions and placement. Identify the person who will approve the wording before the sample and production references are signed off.
How should I record sample corrections?
Photograph the garment, mark each measuring point and list the requested change with a target measurement. Keep fit corrections, colour comments and artwork changes in one dated document to avoid conflicting instructions.
