A clothing tech pack records the decisions needed to develop and reproduce a garment: drawings, measurements, materials, construction, artwork and approval notes. Use this checklist to prepare a Kylie Industry enquiry. A complete file helps identify unresolved details early, while a reference image can still provide a starting point for discussion.

Assign a style code and revision date. Include front, back and detail drawings, plus notes for seams, pockets, closures, rib and trims. Mark reference photographs as inspiration and identify which features should change. State intended use and fit so the sample reviewer can distinguish a design choice from a construction error.
List points of measurement with diagrams and a sample-size target. State units, measurement method and tolerances to agree with the team. Add the intended size range and ask how grading will be reviewed. Keep fabric composition, weight, colour and finish in a material list with trim references and quantities where known.
Supply usable artwork files, dimensions, placement distances and colour references. Include labels and packing instructions. Keep one current revision with a change log; do not approve changes only in scattered messages. Record the approved sample identifier and any exceptions before releasing the bulk-production specification.
Yes. Send reference images, intended fit, estimated quantities and the details already decided. Ask which specifications need development, what that work includes and how its cost is quoted. A reference image alone should not be treated as a final production approval.
