KYLIE INDUSTRY / HOODIE DEVELOPMENT

CUSTOM HOODIES.
DEFINED BY YOU.

Develop a hoodie around your label’s fit, fabric and artwork. Kylie Industry works from your brief to agree the garment specification, review a physical sample and quote the production scope.

Discuss your hoodie project

START WITH THE SILHOUETTE

Oversized is
only the beginning.

Describe what you mean by an oversized, relaxed or boxy hoodie. Record chest width, body length, shoulder position and sleeve length, or share a reference garment to explain the proportions you want.

Your brief should also identify a pullover or zip-through direction, the hood shape, pocket style and hem finish. Discuss the feasibility of these choices before confirming the sample.

BUILD A COMPLETE SPECIFICATION

01 / FABRIC

Weight & feel.

Specify the intended fabric composition, target weight, colour and inside finish. Share a fabric reference if available. Confirm the actual material through swatches and sampling; weight alone does not define the complete garment.

02 / CONSTRUCTION

Hood to hem.

Discuss hood layers, drawcords, pockets, seams, cuffs and hem rib. For a zip design, include the zip type and length in the brief. Resolve construction details before approving production.

03 / BRANDING

Every placement.

Provide artwork dimensions and its position on the chest, back or sleeve. Include labels and packaging requirements. Review the chosen print or embroidery on the sample rather than relying only on a mockup.

REVIEW YOUR SAMPLE

Check the garment
as a whole.

Compare the sample against the agreed measurements. Review the hood opening and shape, sleeve proportions, pocket access, rib tension, seam finish and artwork placement. Note the specific change required for each revision.

Ask which wash and dimensional checks are included, how care instructions will be confirmed, and whether a revised sample is needed. Keep the approved specification and sample as the production reference.

HOODIE ENQUIRIES

Before requesting a quote.

What should I send for a hoodie quote?

Send the hoodie shape, measurement chart or fit reference, fabric direction, colours, artwork and branding details. Include quantities per design and colour, your size breakdown, destination and target date. Identify anything that still needs development.

Can I change the fabric or artwork on your hoodie concept?

The Eclipse design is a starting point for custom development. Discuss your preferred fabric, colour, fit and artwork with the team; the final scope is agreed through the specification and sample.

Is the concept’s fabric weight a guaranteed production specification?

No. The collection lists proposed specifications. Confirm the material, composition, weight, colour and measurements on the approved physical sample before production.

What are the minimum quantity, price and lead time?

These are quoted for your hoodie project. Ask for sampling, decoration, labels, packaging and shipping to be identified in the quote, with the agreed schedule and payment terms.
