Review the whole garment
Try the sample against the intended fit and compare its measurements with the chart. Review fabric feel, seam finish, pocket function and decoration together; mark each requested change precisely.
Manage revisions
Keep dated photographs and versioned measurement notes. Confirm the revision scope, cost and proposed timing. Ask whether a revised physical sample is needed before approving production.

Does approving a digital mockup replace a physical sample?
A mockup helps communicate appearance but cannot confirm fabric feel, fit or construction. Discuss physical sampling and keep the agreed sample and specification as the production reference.
