Custom streetwear printing starts with the artwork, garment fabric and desired finish. Discuss the proposed printing route with Kylie Industry before treating a digital mockup as a production specification. An approved decorated sample should establish placement, colour, surface feel and the care conditions being considered.

Send editable vector artwork where available, or a suitable image file at its intended print dimensions. Identify fonts, colour references, background treatment and any small details. Explain whether the graphic is a single placement or a repeating pattern. Ask the team to flag file preparation needs before sampling.
02
Agree the printing route
Screen printing, transfer-based decoration and other routes differ in preparation, hand feel and fabric suitability. Ask which route is proposed for your specific fabric, colour and quantity, and why. Confirm setup charges, size-specific artwork needs and whether the quote includes testing or only the sample itself.
03
Approve placement and care behaviour
Measure artwork from named garment landmarks rather than judging a floating mockup. Check small text, edges and colour on the actual fabric. Review stretching and the agreed care trial on the complete sample. Document accepted appearance and any changes before bulk approval; retain the approved artwork revision.
Questions before sampling.
Can one print placement work for every garment size?
It may, but agree that choice explicitly. A fixed artwork size can appear differently across the garment range. State whether dimensions and placement remain fixed or vary by size, then review representative sizes before production.
What should I send for a project quote?
Send your printing & artwork brief, reference files and unresolved questions, together with garment styles, quantities per colour, size breakdown, destination and target date. Ask Kylie Industry to confirm feasibility, sampling, minimums, pricing and the agreed production scope.
