Provide the design at finished dimensions with intended stone sizes, colours and spacing. Identify whether the appearance relies on dense coverage, outlines or scattered details. Review the arrangement on the real garment; folds and seams can change how a pattern reads compared with a flat digital image.
Mark the placement relative to seams and edges, and identify zones that stretch, bend or rub during use. Discuss attachment suitability for the selected fabric and any other decoration nearby. Ask how sample inspection will assess missing stones, alignment and surface changes without assuming one method works for every material.
Request care guidance for the complete decorated garment and agree the sample trial that will be reviewed. Inspect attachment and appearance afterwards. Record the approved stone specification, layout revision and any excluded placements. Confirm decoration costs and feasibility separately from the base garment quote.
Suitability must be checked for the specific fabric, attachment method and intended use. Share composition, stretch and placement details, and request a decorated sample. Do not approve a material combination solely from a mockup.
