DEFINE THE BRIEF
Choose placement or repeat artwork.
For a placement graphic, mark its dimensions and distance from seams or garment edges. For an all-over repeat, supply the repeat tile and show its scale on a flat drawing. State which features must stay visible on the front, back and sleeves.
A front opening, chest pocket, collar or side seam can interrupt a design. Mark any alignment you want at those joins and identify where variation is acceptable. The sample should establish what can be achieved with the artwork, fabric and cutting layout.
YOUR GARMENT SPECIFICATION
Scale & colour.
Send editable artwork where available, a preview, colour references and exact dimensions. Ask which printing method suits the proposed fabric and design.
Drape & construction.
Describe the desired softness, structure, opacity and weight. Review a swatch and the assembled shirt to agree how the fabric supports the collar, placket and print.
SAMPLE REVIEW
Check the details.
Record the decision.
Review the shirt buttoned and open. Check collar shape, front alignment, pocket position and how the artwork reads when the garment is worn.
Compare the actual print scale and colour with the approved references. Record any matching requirements at pockets or seams in the specification before approving production.

Can artwork continue across the front opening or pocket?
Mark the required alignment on a drawing and discuss it during development. Review the physical sample before approving the achievable match and any accepted variation.
What files should I send for an all-over print?
Send the repeat tile or full artwork, its dimensions, a colour reference and a garment mockup. Keep the production artwork separate from the preview image, and identify any areas that must align.
How long do samples and bulk production take?
Typical sample development takes about one week, and bulk production takes 25–30 days. Confirm the start date, revisions and approval milestones for your project. Shipping transit time is quoted separately.
What are the minimum quantity and sample price?
These depend on the garment, fabric, decoration and quantities per style and colour. Send the size breakdown and destination for an itemised quote covering samples, production, labels, packing and delivery.
